About me

I'm a Louisville, KY-based photo stylist and interior decorator with an extensive background in art and photography.

I was always a creative child who loved painting and film, so it felt natural to pursue a degree in photography. What I didn't realize at the time was that what I was truly interested was photo styling. All of my projects ended up being very concept-driven. Then, I took a life-changing course called Historic Interiors. In it, we went on a Grand Tour through the history of design. This class laid the foundation for my understanding of design periods and motifs that I would later use to build the concepts of each shot I styled.

After learning about brand standards and attention to detail when shooting products as an on-figure stylist, I founded an event decor and design company. During that time, I was in charge of digital content creation and began acting as art director and stylist on editorial shoots to market my brand. Wearing too many hats, I was thrilled to be hired as a junior stylist at Rue La La where I could spend all day in the studio and focus on honing my skills styling home decor. I began receiving inquiries for shoots by referral from commercial photographers and creative agencies as my work became known in Louisville. I've been lucky enough to be able to freelance as a photo stylist for area-based companies including Woodford Reserve and The Kentucky Tourism Board.

My goals for 2018 are to work with lots of new clients in a variety of new challenges in Louisville and the Cincinnati, Nashville, Chicago, Boston, New York, and San Francisco Markets.
